A warm welcome awaits you the moment you enter the New Bank Holiday Flats. Resident proprietors Andrew and Marlene Baron are always on hand to help enusre your stay is a trouble free and happy one. Whether it is for business or for pleasure!

We are located in the very heart of Blackpool, close to the Winter Gardens, and main Shopping Centre. Just a short stroll to Blackpool Tower, the Main Promenade, the Grand Theatre, pubs, clubs, etc, with easy access to all the other activities in Blackpool, Cleveleys, Fleetwood, St Annes, and Lytham.

Flats are completely self contained with seperate kitchens and bathrooms, and very well funrnished and equipped. Each flat has its own bathroom (with bath, toilet, washbasin, and shaver point) a full size electric cooker, refrigerator, colour T.V. electric fires, some also have microwaves. All flats are seperately metered (£1 meter).

Flats available for 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 persons. We have a limited number of ground floor flats available.

All bed linen is provided, including sheets, pillow cases, and quilts. You need to bring towels, tea towels, table linen, and toilet requisites. All beds are American type wall beds or divans with spring interior mattresses. (There are no studio couches or put-u-ups.) Hoovers, ironing boards, and irons, are available on the landings.

We also supply cutlery, crockery, and cooking utensils. All flats comply with the very latest Health & Safety Requirements, we also have a full Fire Precaution Certificate. The building is fully fire alarmed.
