The Rowan is ideally situated just 20 yards from the Queens Promenade and just a five minute tram ride from the centre of town with all it's amenities, shows and nightlife. It is ideal for visiting Cleveleys, Fleetwood, Lytham St. Annes and Poulton Le-Fylde.

All our bedrooms are en-suite, tastefully furnished and equipped with colour TV, tea / coffee making facilities, centrally heated and double glazed. The rooms are serviced daily to ensure the comfort and convenience of our guests.
