The Rowan is ideally situated just 20 yards from the Queens Promenade and just a five minute tram ride from the centre of town with all it's amenities, shows and nightlife. It is ideal for visiting Cleveleys, Fleetwood, Lytham St. Annes and Poulton Le-Fylde.
